For years I thought about becoming a Coach. I was deeply drawn to the field because I knew this is how I wanted to be of service in the world. 

I ultimately started the journey to my calling when I began to take an honest look at the gap between where I was and where I wanted to be. I was about to turn 40, and this approaching milestone helped to catalyse the energy I needed to support me in my growth. I started working with a coach myself, and through that experience was put on a path that would change me forever. 

I have lived with the feeling of ‘stuckness’ through many chapters of my life. Finding myself, having growth spurts that only brought some temporary satisfaction, but didn’t embody the kind of feeling I wanted: enoughness, self-trust, deep understanding of myself and others. I never stopped seeking, and that seeking brought me even closer to love and acceptance. 

My devotion to healing has infused such deep compassion and understanding in my life. It opened me up to an endless well of love toward myself and toward the people around me. This is one of the major superpowers of coaching; being seen as whole, capable and creative every time you show up, no matter what. That kind of support creates the power within you to move mountains. It gave me the courage to meet all the parts of myself with reverence - knowing that I had tools to see myself through all of it. I have been guided back to my most authentic self. I can't think of any greater gift.

The truth is, we are always on a journey of becoming. Being held, and being witnessed, are gifts you can give yourself to move through this life in a way that makes all the moments sacred. As a coach, I lead with my heart, I will support you alongside your journey, too. No matter where you find yourself on that path.
